The workshop that makes these decorations specializes in creating hanging decorations. All these decorations are handmade, and the time required to make each one reflects their unique quality.

For over 30 years, the workshop has been working in partnership with a small charity organization located in Thailand, which helps women find a lucrative activity within their rural community, rather than leaving their families to work in the city.

Today, nearly 200 women work from home to assemble and sew these decorations. The workshop is proud to be a member of BAFTS (British Association of Fair Trade Suppliers) and supports the 10 principles of fair trade, as indicated by the World Fair Trade Organization.
