For four generations, our partner workshop has passionately crafted sacred wooden sculptures.

Based in Val Gardena, Italy, a mountainous region where wood carving has been perpetuated since the 17th century.

Expert artists from the art schools of Ortisei and Selva Gardena carve the base models: true works of art, always different and innovative.

These models are then cast in bronze to be subsequently reproduced on the pantograph. Wood from Alpine forests (in controlled reforestation areas) is most suited for carving.

An expert craftsman transforms wood blocks into sculpture rough drafts on the pantograph. These rough drafts are later elaborately hand-finished in every detail.
